Davis Ridge is the fifth housing phase of the Highlander community along the North 30th Corridor.  This 41-unit new construction project includes 7 three-story walk-up style buildings offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.  

Located a mile from downtown, one mile from the largest medical cluster in the region, and within two blocks of Highway 75N on the site of the former Pleasant View Homes, Davis Ridge is well located both locally and regionally for access to major employers, amenities, and services throughout the city of Omaha. With the Highlander Accelerator located to the site’s immediate east, a number of neighborhood amenities are within a short walk, including community space, coffee shop and bakery, dining hall, greenhouse, The Connect – a community classroom, technology lab, and digital library, and The Venue – an event hall available to the community for meetings, parties, and conferences.

Co-developers Brinshore Development, LLC and Seventy Five North have partnered to deliver a completely transformed Highlander neighborhood through the development of high-quality housing options with topnotch amenities. Highlander is a multi-phased development that joins housing with retail, food options, recreation and other wellness activities to create an environment that is safe, active and engaging.
